Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial due to potential abuse of the service. However, we provide a 1-day plan for those who wish to try the service before committing to a longer subscription.

Is the service available 24/7?

Yes, the service is available 24/7. However, we perform routine maintenance daily between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, during which access may be temporarily unavailable.

Could this service be shut down?

Yes, there is a possibility that the service could be shut down if the Clovis Police Department (CPD) upgrades their systems or implements encryption. In such cases, we will notify users and provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

Can we share accounts?

No, account sharing is not allowed. Each subscription is intended for use within a single household. We actively monitor accounts for misuse, and any violation of this policy may result in termination of the account.

Can I provide transcripts to social media?

We strongly discourage sharing transcripts or line-by-line accounts from the audio feed on social media. Doing so increases the likelihood of the CPD upgrading to encrypted systems, which would render this service unavailable. If such a shutdown occurs, prorated refunds will be issued.

Do I have to be a resident of Clovis, NM?

No, you do not need to be a resident of Clovis, NM, to use this service. The audio feed is streamed directly through our website, making it accessible from anywhere.

What devices can I use to access the service?

If you decide to cancel, you'll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note, refunds for unused time are not provided unless the service is permanently discontinued.
